Creativity is moving into an era of blowing off the middle ground.

 

I have been retired from a commercial production company for almost 20 years now, but I still care about this kind of information because I sometimes make music for commercials.

 

As I have mentioned many times in my blog, we are in an era where generative AI is creating more and more music. And although I had expected it, the wave may still happen in the commercial and video industry.

 

The company above emphasizes that it is a complete AI that does not use deep fakes.

Deep faking is an AI processing technology that artificially synthesizes video and audio of people.

I think that the company is trying to say that it is copyright safe because it does not use deep faking, but I am not sure.

Can AI be generated without using deep faking, i.e., without absorbing or learning something? (Someone who knows something about that, let me know.)

Like music-generating AI, I feel that video-generating AI like this one is still gray in terms of copyright.
